Top 10 Home Businesses: Do You Suck at Marketing? Suck NO More!

I know that when I first joined my first network marketing company, I was told to use these same techniques. I was told to make a list of 50 people that I knew and basically call every one of them to ask and see if they would be interested in making some extra money.

I was only faced with questions I wasn't able to answer, getting hung up on, and faced with nothing but rejection.

When I was officially shunned by everyone that I knew, all my upline told me to do was to go out and buy some opportunity leads.

This only led me to some more rejection and spending a bunch of money that got me nowhere fast.

Now I was out of money, and had nothing to show for it.

Then just as I was going to give up, I found what I consider to be the "life preserver" for my business.

This life saver I speak of was a unique form of modern marketing.

I learned how I could attract an endless stream of customers to me ready to join my business and actually get paid to prospect.

This has really changed the way I do my business, and I think it can help you too. It could change your business for life.

It has helped me attract prospects to me. Wouldn't you love to have your prospects begging to join your business, no matter what business it is? This can happen to you a lot easier than you think.

The number one key to being successful as a online network marketer is to brand yourself as a leader. Most people today are looking for someone that can help them by educating them. You should either be a leader or someone looking for a leader. Now, you may ask yourself how do I become a leader? or How do I find a leader? Here are some tips:

How do I become a leader and attract prospects?

- knowledge is power: always look to educate yourself everyday whether it be books, surfing the internet for information, applying any marketing techniques you may have learned and evaluating the results, etc....always try to add new skill sets once you have mastered one

- help people in your business achieve what you have achieved

- give without wanting : be a servant

- be patient, give in the beginning and it will all be given back to you in abundance

- never quit: if you fail at one thing, try something different...you will eventually succeed

- have short term and long term goals...set them and complete them

- be organized: make a daily, weekly, and monthly schedule with tasks for each

- be passionate about what you do, this includes encouraging the members of your team...this

energy and enthusiasm will rub off on people around you

- step out of your comfort zone: do things you have never done before that will help grow your business

How do I find a leader?

- do a search on the internet for leaders in your field or business

- go to your library and/or local bookstore and read books about
leaders in your business

- attend seminars by leaders and gain some of their knowledge
